Terms of Service Agreement

SpyNote ("We", "Our") software applications (the "SpyNote Software"), websites, services, and content owned or operated by SpyNote (the "SpyNote Services") are governed by the following terms and conditions.

INTENDED USE - PARENTAL AND FAMILY MONITORING ONLY

SpyNote is designed exclusively for parental control and family monitoring purposes. This software is intended for parents to monitor their minor children's devices and for legitimate family safety purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited and violates these terms of service.

PRIVACY POLICY - NO DATA SHARING OR RETENTION

WE DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION: SpyNote does not collect, store, share, or retain any data or information from monitored devices. All monitoring data remains exclusively between the user and the target device.

WE DO NOT STORE ANY INFORMATION: We do not maintain servers that store user data, monitoring information, or any personal information. The software operates directly between your control device and the monitored device without our involvement.

COMPLETE PRIVACY: Your monitoring activities, data collected, and usage patterns are completely private and not accessible to SpyNote or any third parties.

USER RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

FULL USER RESPONSIBILITY: The user is solely and completely responsible for how this tool is used. You must ensure compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws before using this software.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE: You must have proper legal authorization to monitor any device. It is your responsibility to obtain consent when required by law and to use this software only for legal purposes.

PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION: For parental monitoring, you must be the legal parent or guardian of the child whose device is being monitored, or have explicit legal authorization to monitor the device.

PROHIBITED USES

YOU MAY NOT USE SPYNOTE FOR:

1. Stalking, harassment, or unauthorized surveillance of any person

2. Monitoring devices without proper legal authorization

3. Any illegal activities or purposes that violate applicable laws

4. Commercial or non-family monitoring purposes

5. Monitoring spouses, partners, or other adults without their explicit consent

6. Any use that violates privacy rights or applicable surveillance laws

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

COMPLETE DISCLAIMER: We are innocent before Allah Almighty and before the law regarding any actions taken by users of this tool. SpyNote and its developers disclaim all responsibility for user actions.

NO LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will SpyNote be liable for any damages, legal consequences, or issues arising from the use or misuse of this software. The user assumes all risks and responsibilities.

USER ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By using this software, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any legal, ethical, or personal consequences of your monitoring activities.
